Hi Priya, For the fresh ordering configuration we need the remaining shelf life at the point of order, per article per site. Sofia has described where it comes from operationally but I need the actual field. Is it MARA-MHDHB, or is there something Acme-specific? This email originated from outside of RELEX. Be careful of attachments and links from unknown senders. Report suspicious emails using the report button. Hi, MHDHB is the total shelf life, not remaining. It is populated for part of the range. Remaining life at order time is not stored anywhere I know of. It would have to be derived from goods receipt date, and that is in the warehouse system rather than in SAP. I will ask the warehouse team. Hi Priya, Following up on the below. Did the warehouse team come back on remaining shelf life? This is on our critical path for fresh UAT. Nadia Haddad Solution Consultant [Image removed by sender] +46 76 552 30 18 | CET n.haddad@relexsolutions.example Vasagatan 7, 111 20 Stockholm

This email originated from outside of RELEX. Be careful of attachments and links from unknown senders. Report suspicious emails using the report button. Hi, Warehouse team says goods receipt date is captured but not exposed outside the WMS. To get it to you we would need either an extract from the WMS, which nobody owns, or to write it back into SAP, which is a change request. Adding @Kwame Boateng who I think looked at the WMS extract for something else. Priya Nair IT Integration Lead +49 151 3307 9126 Acme Org GmbH | Hansaring 82, 50670 Köln acme-org.example

Hi, I looked at a WMS extract in June but that was for a different thing (the DC-2 inventory feed). Different system as far as I can tell. I do not think it helps here. Sorry. Kwame Boateng Technical Consultant [Image removed by sender] +44 7700 900 318 k.boateng@relexsolutions.example

Hi all, Adding Nadia (Öberg, not Haddad) who did something similar on another account. Since remaining shelf life is not available, I propose we proceed with an approximation: total shelf life from MHDHB minus average days-in-warehouse per article group, which we can derive from stock turn. It is not exact. For fast movers it will be close. For slow movers it will be wrong in the direction of assuming the stock is fresher than it is. If nobody objects I will build it that way so we are not blocked. This thread is now two months old and has thirteen messages in it, which usually means email is the wrong medium. I am putting shelf life on the agenda for the Phase 2 escalation call on Friday. Priya, you do not need to attend, but if the warehouse extract is genuinely impossible please say so before Friday so we can plan around it rather than discuss it live. It is not impossible, it is unowned, which in practice is the same thing this year. Proceed with your approximation. Hi, Coming back to this old thread. Was the approximation approach ever confirmed by Acme, or did we just proceed? I am writing up the config decisions and I cannot find an agreement anywhere. Nadia?
