The nine practice questions

Answered live by the same engine the Ask page uses — these are compositions, not text pinned at build time. Two of the nine have no clean answer in the archive; they say so rather than filling the gap. After an erasure, every answer here recomputes — run P7 from the People page and watch P1 change.

How to read this

Figures as measured in the 24 September 2024 master-data workshop (T06) and the remediation-scope email of 30 September 2024 (E13). Later movements (780 by late October, completion 19 December) are tracked separately — those are remediation progress, not the assessment.

What the archive establishes

current fact scope: active articles, measured on the first extract 2024-09-24

The September 2024 master-data assessment found case-pack quantity missing on 31% of active articles.

current fact 2024-09-24

Priya Nair had predicted “about a third” before the measurement; the measured 31% matched her estimate.

The same assessment found the store master and the product hierarchy clean.

current assessment 2024-09-24

Supplier lead times were populated but distrusted: many were exactly seven days, the signature of a defaulted value rather than a measured one.

current fact scope: pilot cohort, all categories 2024-09-24

The first measured figure: shelf life was populated on 48% of the pilot-cohort articles — reported by Kwame Boateng in the 24 September 2024 master-data workshop and repeated in his 30 September remediation-scope email.

Still the last measured figure for the cohort as a whole. The 61% figure of December 2025 covers only the three fresh categories then in scope.

current report scope: pilot cohort 2024-12-20

In December 2024 Ana Duarte recorded for the steering report that shelf life remained at 48% and untouched, and that it would become the critical path for phase two.

current fact scope: pilot cohort 2024-09-30

The remediation scope for the pilot cohort was 4,214 articles, of which 1,317 were missing case-pack quantity and 3,105 had missing or defaulted supplier lead times.

Receipts (1)

current report scope: pilot cohort 2024-10-28

After four weeks of remediation, 780 of the 1,317 case-pack values were done; two unresponsive suppliers accounted for about 200 articles.

current fact scope: pilot cohort 2024-12-19

Case-pack remediation finished on 19 December 2024 — all 1,317 values. It took Priya’s team three weeks of overtime; for two unresponsive suppliers the case pack was inferred from six months of actual delivered quantities, which she recorded as “not ideal but it is right for 190 of the 200”.
