Putting this in writing so it is not just a comment in a meeting. The handover pack Acme-fresh-handover-v3, page 4, under key stakeholders, records against my name: "out October to November, surgery". I would like that removed. I said it in the demo in March 2024 because it was relevant to the project timeline. It was not said so that it could be copied into a document and given to consultants I have never met, eighteen months later. What I do want kept is that I am the only person at Acme who knows the fresh categories, because that is a real project risk and it is the reason I said anything at all. Please confirm when it is done, and tell me where else it appears. You said on the call that it would be in a few places. Sofia, Understood, and you are right. I have asked Ana to remove it from the handover pack today and to check the project site. I will come back to you on where else it appears. I do not want to give you a list that turns out to be incomplete, so give me a few days. Hi Sofia, Handover pack updated, now v4, the line is gone. The old version is still in the document history on the project site, which I cannot delete myself - I have raised it with our IT. ers-sofia-request — In November 2025 Sofia Almeida asked in writing for the removal of the note recorded against her name in handover document Acme-fresh-handover-v3 (page 4, key stakeholders): “out October to November, surgery”. She had said it in the March 2024 demo because it was relevant to the timeline, not so it could follow her for two years; she asked to keep the fact that she is the only person at Acme who knows the fresh categories, “because that is a real project risk and it is the reason I said anything at all”.
gap-marco-list — Which other locations held Sofia’s surgery note: Marco Rossi committed on 19 November 2025 to find out and deliver a complete list; no such list exists in the archive, and the follow-up was still open in June 2026.
