Attaching the DC-2 incident log for January. Fourteen failures, eleven silent. Worth noting for internal purposes that four of them correlate with a scheduled job on Acme's side that Priya has said twice does not exist. Either she is wrong or something is running that she does not know about. I would not raise it that way with her. ers-incidentlog-leak — The DC-2 incident log was agreed to go to Meridian via Lena’s discretion; instead Ana Duarte forwarded the whole chain, including an internal note about a scheduled job on Acme’s side. Marco challenged it (“did you forward the whole chain or just the attachment?”), Ana confirmed the whole chain went, and the Meridian recipient’s response was to say they would ignore that comment as “not our business to have read it”.
