Status: 🟡Slight Delay A data dependency with Acme IT has been open for five weeks. - The field we need for shelf life aware ordering does not exist in the form required. - We are preparing a workaround so the build is not blocked. - No change to the December target at this stage. What we need from you: Acme IT capacity to confirm the workaround is acceptable. Recovery plan in place. - Two causes: UAT resourcing on the Acme side, and a defect on ours. The defect is fixed. - RELEX has added a solution consultant for two weeks at our own cost. - A go or no-go decision is set for 15 November. Waste down from 4.1% to 3.4%. - Approximately 118 tonnes of fresh waste avoided across the 25 store cohort. - Approximately 296 tonnes CO2e avoided, on Acme's own published conversion factors. - Two caveats apply and are in the detail note. The figure should not be scaled to the full estate without discussion. - On the twelve month question: as Robert set out at the SOW review, this was always framed as an anticipation on our side rather than a commitment, and we have reported against it on that basis throughout. - Bakery build progressing.
