like So this is handover. I have read the SOW and the technical assessment. What is not in either those?
- turn 2 Them (unidentified voice) 2024-07-09
What is not in.
- turn 3 Them (unidentified voice) 2024-07-09
A lot, honestly.
- turn 4 Me (unidentified voice) 2024-07-09
Then let us start there rather than with what I have already read.
- turn 5 Them (unidentified voice) 2024-07-09
Then let us start there. I have already read.
- turn 6 Them (unidentified voice) 2024-07-09
Kahn. The CFO. He signed on the basis that this reduces fresh food waste, and he has said twelve months to me at least four times. That is in the SOW as an expectation, legal watered the wording, but he does not know that and he would not care. He thinks he has twelve months.
- turn 7 Me (unidentified voice) 2024-07-09
sort of Twelve months from signature.
- turn 8 Them (unidentified voice) 2024-07-09
From signature, so July next year.
- turn 9 Me (unidentified voice) 2024-07-09
And fresh is phase two.
- turn 10 Them (unidentified voice) 2024-07-09
I mean Fresh is phase two.
- turn 11 Me (unidentified voice) 2024-07-09
That does not work.
- turn 12 Them (unidentified voice) 2024-07-09
No.
- turn 13 Me (unidentified voice) 2024-07-09
you know Has anyone said that to him?
- turn 14 Them (unidentified voice) 2024-07-09
I have said the phasing to him twice and he has answered by repeating the twelve months. I do not think he has connected the two.
- turn 15 Them (unidentified voice) 2024-07-09
I mean, he has connected them. He said it in the June meeting. He said phase two needs to be inside the twelve months.
- turn 16 Me (unidentified voice) 2024-07-09
I mean. two needs to.
- turn 17 Them (unidentified voice) 2024-07-09
Well, did he? Then he has connected them and I have not solved it.
- turn 18 Me (unidentified voice) 2024-07-09
them and. solved it.
- turn 19 Me (unidentified voice) 2024-07-09
I need that written down somewhere.
- turn 20 Them (unidentified voice) 2024-07-09
I will put it in the account plan.
- turn 21 Me (unidentified voice) 2024-07-09
Put it in the risk log, not the account plan. I read the risk log.
- turn 22 Them (unidentified voice) 2024-07-09
Fine.
- turn 23 Me (unidentified voice) 2024-07-09
you know Tomas, the technical side.
- turn 24 Them (unidentified voice) 2024-07-09
Three things and only one of them is in the assessment properly.
- turn 25 Me (unidentified voice) 2024-07-09
Three things and. the assessment properly.
- turn 26 Me (unidentified voice) 2024-07-09
And the third?
- turn 27 Them (unidentified voice) 2024-07-09 · cited by shl-remaining-missing
Remaining shelf-life does not exist. Not as a field, sort of not not anywhere we can reach. It is in the warehouse system as an arrival date and it is not exposed.
- turn 28 Me (unidentified voice) 2024-07-09
not not anywhere. as an.
- turn 29 Me (unidentified voice) 2024-07-09
Is that in the assessment?
- turn 30 Them (unidentified voice) 2024-07-09
It is in the assessment as an open question. It not in the assessment as a phase two blocker, which is what it actually is.
- turn 31 Me (unidentified voice) 2024-07-09
Why not?
- turn 32 Them (unidentified voice) 2024-07-09
so Because when I wrote it in May the answer was still pending. answer came back in August and by then assessment.
- turn 33 Me (unidentified voice) 2024-07-09
so Because. answer was still. and by then assessment.
- turn 34 Me (unidentified voice) 2024-07-09
actually So the most important dependency on the project is a.
- turn 35 Them (unidentified voice) 2024-07-09
Okay so, yes.
- turn 36 Me (unidentified voice) 2024-07-09
Right. Kwame, note that as the first item on the phase two dependency list, and it needs a date and an owner.
- turn 37 Them (unidentified voice) 2024-07-09
Owner on which side?
- turn 38 Me (unidentified voice) 2024-07-09
right Priya nominally. But she has told Tomas twice twice that she will not raise a change request for something outside the current phase, and she is right, so the real owner is whoever runs phase two.
- turn 39 Them (unidentified voice) 2024-07-09
right Priya nominally. But. and she is right, so.
- turn 40 Them (unidentified voice) 2024-07-09
like Which is not appointed.
- turn 41 Me (unidentified voice) 2024-07-09
Which is not appointed.
- turn 42 Them (unidentified voice) 2024-07-09
Yeah so, i will put it down with no.
- turn 43 Me (unidentified voice) 2024-07-09
People. Who am I dealing with?
- turn 44 Them (unidentified voice) 2024-07-09
Lena Fischer is your day to day. She is good, she is direct, she will tell you when something is wrong rather than let fester. Do not surprise her.
- turn 45 Me (unidentified voice) 2024-07-09
And Priya?
- turn 46 Them (unidentified voice) 2024-07-09
Priya will tell you exactly why your plan will not work, and she will be right, and she will not enjoy being right. Treat her as an asset rather than an obstacle and she will do the same for you.
- turn 47 Me (unidentified voice) 2024-07-09
Priya will tell you. will be. being right.
- turn 48 Me (unidentified voice) 2024-07-09
Noted.
- turn 49 Them (unidentified voice) 2024-07-09
basically There is one more person and she is not on the project.
- turn 50 Me (unidentified voice) 2024-07-09
basically There.
- turn 51 Me (unidentified voice) 2024-07-09
Well, who?
- turn 52 Them (unidentified voice) 2024-07-09
Sofia Almeida. Category manager for fresh. She was in the demo in March she is the reason we understood the problem at all. She explained the shell life thing better than anyone, you know including us.
- turn 53 Them (unidentified voice) 2024-07-09
Sofia Almeida. Category manager. know including us.
- turn 54 Me (unidentified voice) 2024-07-09
Is she in phase one?
- turn 55 Them (unidentified voice) 2024-07-09
No, phase one is ambient.
- turn 56 Me (unidentified voice) 2024-07-09
Then I will not meet her for a year.
- turn 57 Them (unidentified voice) 2024-07-09
Probably not.
- turn 58 Me (unidentified voice) 2024-07-09
Is that a problem?
- turn 59 Them (unidentified voice) 2024-07-09
I do not know. She is the only person at Acme who knows fresh, and she said so herself in the demo, unprompted. She also mentioned she has surgery coming up.
- turn 60 Me (unidentified voice) 2024-07-09
I do not need to know that.
- turn 61 Them (unidentified voice) 2024-07-09
yeah No, you probably do not.
- turn 62 Me (unidentified voice) 2024-07-09
What I need to know is that fresh has one knowledge holder. That is a risk. The rest is hers.
- turn 63 Them (unidentified voice) 2024-07-09
What I need. is hers.
- turn 64 Them (unidentified voice) 2024-07-09
actually Agreed.
- turn 65 Me (unidentified voice) 2024-07-09
I mean Last question. Is there anything in the sales conversation that Acme thinks is agreed and is not in SOW?
- turn 66 Them (unidentified voice) 2024-07-09
Not that I can think of.
- turn 67 Them (unidentified voice) 2024-07-09
The The shelf life aware ordering. Sofia described a requirement in March and Marco said we would commit fresh as phase two with a target window. Sofia thinks the requirement is agreed. The SOW says fresh is phase two. Those are not the same thing.
- turn 68 Them (unidentified voice) 2024-07-09
The The shelf. would commit fresh.
- turn 69 Them (unidentified voice) 2024-07-09
That is fair.
- turn 70 Me (unidentified voice) 2024-07-09
so Then Then that is the second thing on the dependency list.
- turn 71 Them (unidentified voice) 2024-07-09
so Then Then that is.
