pilot-25-of-340 — The cohort is 25 of Acme’s 340 stores and is not a random sample — Ana Duarte has refused to scale pilot results to the estate for that reason, every time the numbers were reported.

story-sole-knowledge — Sofia Almeida is the only person at Acme who understands the fresh categories — she said so herself, unprompted, at the March 2024 demo; the point sat in three risk registers “in slightly different words”, which Charlotte Meyer’s verdict on was: then it is in none.
shl-asked-april-2024 — The warehouse data question was first asked in April 2024 and was still unanswered in July 2026 — the longest-open data dependency in the archive.
gap-warehouse-resolution — Whether the warehouse goods-receipt data can ever be obtained is unresolved. The archive records who owns the system (Nils Ackermann, logistics IT), that Priya asked twice (2024 and 2025), that Kahn escalated in June 2026 (“Send me when the…”), and that no answer exists in the corpus.
ers-sofia-open — The follow-up was never completed: Marco Rossi promised to come back with a list of every other location holding the note and never did; Sofia asked again in March 2026 (“Was this ever finished?
