Conversation (turn by turn)
- turn 1 Me (unidentified voice) 2026-07-02
Acme. Renewal is mid twenty-seven so this is early, but the DPO review changed my view of the risk.
- turn 2 Them (unidentified voice) 2026-07-02
my view of the.
- turn 3 Them (unidentified voice) 2026-07-02
The four actions are closed except the retention policy, so which is with legal.
- turn 4 Me (unidentified voice) 2026-07-02
is with.
- turn 5 Me (unidentified voice) 2026-07-02
Good. Commercially?
- turn 6 Them (unidentified voice) 2026-07-02
I mean Nine eighty at signature, and there an expansion conversation about bakery which Meridian is fronting, so we would be subcontracting or partnering. Call it two hundred additional if it lands.
- turn 7 Me (unidentified voice) 2026-07-02
I mean Nine. we would be subcontracting or. if it lands.
- turn 8 Me (unidentified voice) 2026-07-02
Well, and Kahn?
- turn 9 Them (unidentified voice) 2026-07-02
Well, kahn got his twelve months, roughly. Fresh went live in December, so a bit late, but waste numbers from the first quarter are good enough that he stopped counting.
- turn 10 Me (unidentified voice) 2026-07-02
Then we are fine.
- turn 11 Them (unidentified voice) 2026-07-02
We are fine on Acme. I am not fine on people.
- turn 12 Me (unidentified voice) 2026-07-02
Go on.
- turn 13 Them (unidentified voice) 2026-07-02
Well, nadia has been on this account for eight months and she is the only person who. If she moves, we have an Acme-shaped Sofia problem of our own making.
- turn 14 Me (unidentified voice) 2026-07-02
we have an Acme-shaped Sofia.
- turn 15 Them (unidentified voice) 2026-07-02
Well, nadia has. she moves, we. making.
- turn 16 Them (unidentified voice) 2026-07-02
Nadia has raised workload twice in her check-ins.
- turn 17 Me (unidentified voice) 2026-07-02
Okay so, which Nadia, have two.
- turn 18 Them (unidentified voice) 2026-07-02
like Nadia Haddad, employee four. Not Nadia Öberg.
- turn 19 Me (unidentified voice) 2026-07-02
Formally?
- turn 20 Them (unidentified voice) 2026-07-02
actually In her one-to-ones. And she has asked about the internal move process, which is usually a signal.
- turn 21 Me (unidentified voice) 2026-07-02
actually In her one-to-ones. process, which is.
- turn 22 Me (unidentified voice) 2026-07-02
basically What is she on?
- turn 23 Them (unidentified voice) 2026-07-02
I would rather not put a number on a recording, honestly.
- turn 24 Me (unidentified voice) 2026-07-02
I would rather not put.
- turn 25 Me (unidentified voice) 2026-07-02
Fine, send to me separately.
- turn 26 Them (unidentified voice) 2026-07-02
I will. She is below band midpoint, which is part of conversation.
- turn 27 Them (unidentified voice) 2026-07-02
There is also the union point.
- turn 28 Me (unidentified voice) 2026-07-02
Which union point?
- turn 29 Them (unidentified voice) 2026-07-02
Two of the delivery team here are in the union and they have raised raised the on-call rota through their representative rather than through us. That is going through the works council, not through me, so I have limited visibility and I should not be chasing it.
- turn 30 Me (unidentified voice) 2026-07-02
are in the union. the on-call rota. not through me, so. it.
- turn 31 Them (unidentified voice) 2026-07-02
Two of the. in the union and. me, so I have.
- turn 32 Me (unidentified voice) 2026-07-02
Two of. and. me, so.
- turn 33 Them (unidentified voice) 2026-07-02
Correct, do not chase it. That is my side and it goes through the proper channel.
- turn 34 Me (unidentified voice) 2026-07-02
Understood. Keep it out of the account plan entirely.
- turn 35 Them (unidentified voice) 2026-07-02
It should not be in an account plan at all. It employment relations, it has nothing to do with Acme.
- turn 36 Me (unidentified voice) 2026-07-02
It should not be. at all. It.
- turn 37 Me (unidentified voice) 2026-07-02
Agreed.
- turn 38 Them (unidentified voice) 2026-07-02
I mean The thing I want to flag is what Katarina Voss said in April, because it applies to us and not just to them.
- turn 39 Me (unidentified voice) 2026-07-02
I mean The.
- turn 40 Me (unidentified voice) 2026-07-02
The anonymisation thing.

She pointed out that describing someone as the fresh category manager with sole knowledge identifies exactly one person even with the name name removed. Every risk register we write is full of that. Our own account plan says the programme owner picked it up recently and is thinly resourced, which is one person at Acme and one person at Northwind, and in both cases you could work out who and roughly why.
- turn 42 Them (unidentified voice) 2026-07-02
She pointed out. someone as. register we.
- turn 43 Them (unidentified voice) 2026-07-02
And in both cases the why is medical or personal.
- turn 44 Them (unidentified voice) 2026-07-02
Yes.
- turn 45 Me (unidentified voice) 2026-07-02
So what do you want to do?
- turn 46 Them (unidentified voice) 2026-07-02
I do not know. I want somebody to think about it who is not me. But I do not want us to stop writing down that a project has a single point of failure, so because that is most useful thing in a risk register.
- turn 47 Me (unidentified voice) 2026-07-02
Then that is the tension. Note it and take it to whoever owns this internally.
- turn 48 Them (unidentified voice) 2026-07-02
There is no obvious owner.
- turn 49 Me (unidentified voice) 2026-07-02
There never is.
