- Retention for meeting recordings and transcripts was set at eighteen months from creation, effective 1 May 2026; the existing two-year backlog is being worked through by extracting commitments and decisions into a record and then deleting the underlying transcript.
- A fifth sub-processor existed without notification: Halberd Observability BV (Netherlands) processing application telemetry and logs in the Netherlands and Ireland. Acme was not notified because telemetry was not classified as primary customer data — a classification RELEX called wrong and changed.
- Chain-wide indicative numbers (June 2026): for the three fresh categories across 340 stores, approximately 420 thousand additional annual licence plus approximately 260 thousand one-off implementation. Marco also warned in writing that chain-wide would reduce waste by less than the pilot suggests, because slow-moving articles are a larger share of the tail across 340 stores than across 25.
- Marco Rossi’s written explanation for the miss (June 2026): the value case depended on fresh, and fresh depended on a data field identified as a dependency in April 2024 and never obtained; the September 2025 workaround works acceptably on fast movers and poorly on slow movers, which Sofia has been compensating for by hand.
