Claims that disappear (6)
- The pack itself was fixed (now v4, the line gone) on 21 November 2025, but the old version remained in the document history on the project site, which Ana Duarte could not delete herself — raised with RELEX IT.
- Three consecutive weekly updates (weeks commencing 12 January, 9 February and 9 March 2026) report “Nightly article extract completed, no errors”, sent by Ana Duarte.
- What was said in the three unrecorded sessions (two interface workshops in February 2025 and the planner training) cannot be recovered from the archive; only their absence is documented (T13).
- The stale 40-store figure survived in the original kickoff material and in a slide used in May 2025; Ana Duarte kept the old material as the record of what was agreed at the time and added a note to the folder recording the reduction and its date.
