- Which other locations held Sofia’s surgery note: Marco Rossi committed on 19 November 2025 to find out and deliver a complete list; no such list exists in the archive, and the follow-up was still open in June 2026.
- About 60% of bakery is baked in store — a production decision made twice a day — and 40% is delivered, which behaves like the rest of fresh. The split varies heavily by format: big stores bake most of it, convenience almost none.
- Sofia Almeida challenged the Q1 dairy figure as looking too good and asked whether the dairy baseline includes the yoghurt range, which was moved between categories in November and may be counted in one period and not the other. The archive contains no answer.
- At the March 2024 demo, Sofia Almeida (Acme) described the shelf-life field as populated for roughly half the product range, with no owner since it was set up.

- The September 2025 questionnaire episode: a new consultant asked Sofia Almeida to explain how shelf life works in her categories, eighteen months after she had answered exactly that in the demo — because the people who joined later did not have access to (or were not pointed at) the earlier conversation.
